


Kudos to you for a friendly website. I use lots of websites and do a fair amount of online ordering. In fact, I tried to order from another site but it was too inflexible for an overseas customer, something I find with many sites. But it would have been nice to be able to get details on the arrangements (such as which flowers comprise it) and the site requires a state. If you're outside the US, you don't necessarily have a state or even a zip code. But major praise to even considering overseas orders, most US websites don't take it into consideration and there's lots of expats who'd love to send US products if they could!

I ordered from your website because I used to live in the area but am now living overseas. Your website was designed to allow orders from overseas customers. YOu'd be surprised how few US websites are designed that way. I haven't had feedback from the recipient yet but if all went well (and I can't see why it didn't) I will definitely continue to order from you because it was good that your site allowed for additional comments/special instructions and most sites do not. Although I would like to note your site required that I put in a state and of course, being overseas, I don't have a US state. Nor do I have a five-digit zip code (it's only four). Perhaps you could fix that glitch?

My niece e-mailed me to say the flowers for her mother arrived about two hours after my sister-in-law arrived home after several months in hospital and rehab. She said, "They are gorgeous!" Enough said.





The ordering process was fast and simple. I myself did not see the flowers, but several associates said they were beautiful. When ordering online you really don't know if you are going to get what you order. You did an excellent job. Thank you so much.





This was my first order of flowers from Sharron. Outstanding service! The flowers were meant as a surprise...but plans changed and no one was home when the delivery was made. Sharron saw to it that the flowers were delivered regardless...going the extra mile in a way I won't delve into here. Highest recommendations. Thank you!
